AFRICAN JOURNAL OF FEDERAL STUDIES

This journal of the Institute of Governance and Social Research is an intellectual and policy-related journal committed to the advancement of Frontiers of Federal Studies in Nigeria and elsewhere in the globe, especially in Africa. It is a journal largely devoted to the publication and dissemination of well-researched paper in the area of federalism and its dynamics across the globe. It is essentially aimed at exploring commonalities and peculiarities of the different federations of the world. Its primary focus is to bring into clear focus, operational problems of managing different federations and prescribing probable solutions to them: exchanging ideas on federal issues and generating debates on critical issues of federalism essentially geared towards building a firm foundation for an enduring study of federalism.
